As a warehouse colleague, you will help deliver various types of products from life-saving personal protective equipment to microscopes for high school biology classrooms.

You will be on the front lines of helping science make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Shift Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM.

Friday: 8 AM - 2:30 PM


What will you do?


The Material Handler II is responsible for ensuring all daily outbound shipment requirements are completed on-time and that all necessary documentation is filled out accurately and completely to meet shipment requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Assists in the daily processing of all outbound shipments to ensure ontime shipments to all destinations.
  • Assists in the coordination of deliveries of material from outside warehouses.
  • Observe all LEAN and 5S initiatives and related procedures within the distribution environment

How will you get here:


Education and Experience:


  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in distribution or receivingrelated business operations.
  • Minimum of a highschool diploma is required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Must be able to prioritize daily work activities to ensure shipment requirements are aligned and accomplished.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate requirements to vendors, marketing and customer service through both verbal and written communication.
  • Build good working relationships with suppliers and external departments.
  • Requires good oral and written presentation skills to communicate ideas and procedures to management and peers.
  • Valid Power Lift Equipment License and WHMIS is a requirement.
