THE POSITION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing
Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development
Control computer systems budgets and expenditures
Troubleshoot all technology issues
Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources
Install work stations; connect and setup hardware; load all required software; provide network accounts and passwords as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software systems and programs, computer networks, network administration and network installation.
Knowledge of and experience with LANS/WANS, Window server environment; Microsoft SQL Server; Internet Information Services; Backup systems; network /workstation peripherals; print servers; firewalls, spam & antivirus hardware/software, HTML; computer hardware (replacing hard drives, etc.); CISCO Networking; Lotus Notes
Excellent verbal and written skills in both French and English are a must.
