iA's Talent Acquisition department is currently looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to support its team of talent acquisition professionals in Quebec and ensure the smooth running of its operations.


More specifically, you will...

  • Manage talent and support them in their career development;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver a quality recruitment experience;
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of working methods and talent acquisition processes, and ensure the resolution of problems encountered in their operation;
  • Collaborate with your colleagues in the management team in capacity management, the development of annual objectives and the optimization of talent acquisition performance indicators;
  • Continuously monitor the market to stay abreast of trends in talent acquisition topics;
  • Contribute to the development of the talent acquisition vision.

You have...

  • 10 or more years' work experience, including a good knowledge of talent acquisition
  • Studies in business administration, industrial relations or a relevant discipline
  • A strong ability to manage priorities and are resultsoriented
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization and to influence
  • Strong leadership, ability to mobilize teams and foster collaborative work
  • Excellent oral and written skills in French and English for frequent communication with colleagues and internal clients
