Job Summary
We seek a highly organized and professional marketing intern to join our team.

As a part of our team, you will contribute to collaborative efforts for Midea, Eureka, Toshiba and Comfee new product launches in the Canadian market.


Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the set up of the product master data for all sites and manage quality control process through proofing and auditing of content on internal and external platforms
  • Responsible for onboarding website content on branded and retailer websites leveraging the master data
  • Identifying content feature gaps on existing product and work with internal teams to close the information gap
  • Coordinating the production of images, product copy and French translations by working with internal departments and local agencies to ensure everything is produced on time for product launches
  • Organizing product photo shoots when needed including sample ordering, take photos of the product, and uploading to brand websites
  • Assist with invoice processing, building report and other tasks upon request

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen eye for attention to detail
  • Great multitasking and project management skills
  • Ability and openness to learn new concepts and technology
  • Strong sense of initiative with a 'can do' attitude and willingness to think outside of the box
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Graphic design knowledge a plus
  • Experience Manager CMS
  • Ability to travel to office (Markham) upon request

Hours will vary between 20-30 hours per week.

Salary:
$ per hour depending on experience
