About the role
As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play an integral role in our Saskatchewan projects. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, our Marketing team and the realtors.

You will be creating marketing campaigns to increase our market presence while also coordinating the sales process and tracking customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating marketing strategies and campaigns while working with the Marketing team to help drive leads and sales
  • Compiling and reporting campaign metrics to Marketing team lead
  • Ensuring all Marketing related activities are fully resourced and running smoothly by booking third party vendors, coordinating with specialists, etc
  • Providing Marketing support to ProKey Living in Saskatchewan where needed
  • Liaise with Sales and team of realtors to ensure all clients are followed up with and supported
  • Coordinating the sales process in conjunction with realtors, including but not limited to scheduling and conducting sales appointments, preparing documents and sales materials, and maintaining sales records from contract to close
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and transactions tracking CRMs number of leads, number of sales and report back to marketing if we are being effective.
  • Identifying trends and technologies in customer service, and implementing new strategies and processes to improve customer experience
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, both onsite and online
  • Acting as a representative of the company, always maintaining a professional and positive image

What we're looking for

  • Completed postsecondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communicationsrelated studies is an asset
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service is an asset
  • 2 years of experience in Marketingrelated positions, sales coordination, or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

  • Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
