As the Group Product Manager you will be working to envision and deliver the future of healthcare.

You will improve the lives of patients by leading a team of experienced health technology product managers and product owners to shape a cohesive and constantly evolving value proposition for the healthcare providers we serve.

Your role will be to enable your team to execute hands-on delivery through product strategy, design, prototyping, development, testing and optimization.

You'll support your team to define a clear path towards the long term vision of Collaborative Health and our suite of EMR/CHR solutions.

What you'll do:

Spend your time between being a critical contributor to delivery on product roadmaps and being a leader across your portfolio of CHR/EMR solutions with Product Management team
Develop and define the vision for each product group and coordinate roadmaps for multiple squads with internal and external stakeholders to manage dependencies and deliver maximum value to our end users.
Foster a productled culture and practices ensuring user centricity, fastpaced testing, opportunity discovery, and effective stakeholder management
Coordinate and conduct user research to define customer centric problem statements and lead solution discovery sessions to resolve them
Coach and mentor product managers in writing and prioritizing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and developing release plans
Drive your team in taking a business focused approach to product management leveraging data and analysis to inform product decisions
Partner with the Product Operations Manager, and Software Development Managers to align on strategic priorities and process improvement initiatives
Demonstrate by example prioritizing the "why" over the "what" with customer experience top of mind
Support product managers in design, analysis, roadmap planning, developing KPIs and managing metrics to continuously creating customer value based on data and insights
Report and present to senior leadership team vision, strategy, insights, goals, and milestones, along our path to evolving healthcare.

What you bring:

57 years of demonstrated experience in product management in software technology/SaaS environments
23 years of experience leading people, coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members to augment their skills and abilities
Education or training in a related field or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities
Proven track record of managing all aspects of product development through the software development lifecycle, with particular expertise in discovery and design.
Ability to foster a culture of psychological safety by empowering people to express thoughts and ideas to add value to the team
A collaborative, oneteam approach to engaging with software engineers, marketing teams, sales leaders, designers, and executive leadership to achieve common goals

Nice to haves

Avid user of Slack emojis and gifs
Working knowledge of user engagement tools (eg. Pendo, Amplitude, Userfeed)
Background in design thinking, user research or product strategy
An insatiable appetite for modern and emerging technologies and tools
Bilingualism (English and French)
