Overview:
As a Client Solutions Manager on the Personal Lines team, reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, you will be managing a book of business and working directly with our High Net Worth clients, delivering the world-class customer service Gallagher is so well known for.
Responsibilities:
How You Will Impact The Business
- Supporting a designated portfolio of clientele, playing a meaningful role in business retention and building upon customer relationships
- Analyze accounts at renewal, taking the vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, remarketing when required, adhering to binding authority set out by carriers
- Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining the quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client
- Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, working with Account Executives in binding the client
- Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, staying ahead of new products and policy changes

- Comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills

- Highly techsavvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools and processes
- 5+ years of Personal Lines Account Management experience, preferably within a Brokerage environment
- Experience managing high net worth accounts
- Licensing in good standing
- Pursuing or willingness to pursue relevant insurance certifications or education (i.e. CIP, CAIB, CRM, etc) highly preferred
- Knowledge of EPIC an asset
- Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree strongly preferred
