About the role

About the role:

As a
Customer Service Representative your work will have a big impact on providing legendary customer service to both our external and internal clients in a call centre environment.

People will count on you to provide information and quickly resolve their inquiries in a professional manner. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a 'can do' attitude to join our team

What you'll do here:

Answer incoming phone calls and demonstrate professional and empathetic customer service to respond to general questions. Complete outbound calls to collect missing information when needed.
Update clients' profiles and send documents of policies
Accept payments and process changes following standard accounting principles
Document incoming requests in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Provide administrative support to other areas of the business when needed

What you bring to the table:

6+ months minimum of customer service experience
Intermediate proficiency with computer systems (MS Office and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fastpaced changing environment
Experience in a call center environment (asset)
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
