About the role
About the role:
As a
Customer Service Representative your work will have a big impact on providing legendary customer service to both our external and internal clients in a call centre environment.
What you'll do here:
- Answer incoming phone calls and demonstrate professional and empathetic customer service to respond to general questions. Complete outbound calls to collect missing information when needed.
- Update clients' profiles and send documents of policies
- Accept payments and process changes following standard accounting principles
- Document incoming requests in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to other areas of the business when needed
What you bring to the table:
- 6+ months minimum of customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency with computer systems (MS Office and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fastpaced changing environment
- Experience in a call center environment (asset)
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
