Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: Will train

Tasks:
- Resolve conflict situations
- Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and halfway houses
- Liaise with the inmates' families and contacts in the community
Supervision:
- More than 20 people

- First Aid Certificate
