Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring efficient and smooth functionality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and business growth.
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef and the team to ensure high-quality food and service.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the restaurant is functioning efficiently and up to standard.
  • Manage staff responsibilities, hiring, training, and performance reviews.
  • Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service by fostering a positive environment.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage and oversee stock levels - ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Coordinate with marketing and PR to promote the restaurants and special events.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure communication between management and staff.
  • Prepare detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of business management principles and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and food and beverage management.
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 32-44 per week


Salary:
$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
