CANADIAN RED CROSS CLIENT SERVICES AGENT
Position Overview
- The CRC Client Services Agent will work as part of the Emergency Response CRC Team.
Responsibilities - Communicate verbally and in writing with customers or service providers to obtain or provide information;
- Call and book hotels for beneficiaries.
- Reach out to hotels one beneficiaries have checked out to reconcile billing
Qualifications: - Master the French and English languages, both orally and in writing;
- Comfortable working in a computerized environment and mastering the software of the MS Office suite;
- Knowledge of the travel industry is an asset;
