AGI Transport is currently seeking long-term reliable associates, who have data entry/office-admin background experience in Transportation for our Caledon office in Ontario.
Duties:
- Accurately enter data.
- Planning and Coordinating resources.
- Scheduling pick up and delivery appointments for drivers.
- Continually update customers as to the status of each order.
- Entering, updating and processing load sheets on various interfaces.
- Performs related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and General Manager.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in logistics would be considered an asset.
- Good timemanagement with an ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and learn new software quickly.
- Working knowledge of the Transportation Management system
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
