Les tâches et responsabilités d'un ouvrier d'entretien incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à:

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
Effectuer des travaux d'entretien ;
Effectuer des rénovations (réparation des revêtements muraux et de sol, peinture et plomberie) ;
Effectuer des réparations nécessitant des compétences en menuiserie, en électricité, en chauffage et en ventilation ;
Effectuer des travaux de plomberie à la base d'une résidence ;
Effectuer les nettoyages des unités ainsi que les tâches de nettoyage des bâtiments ;
Veiller à ce que tout problème soit détecté et signalé aux responsables afin d'assurer la sécurité, la propreté et le confort des lieux ;
Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes.

The tasks and responsibilities of a maintenance worker include, but are not limited to:


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform maintenance work;
Perform renovations (repair of wall and floor covering, painting and plumbing);
Perform repairs requiring carpentry, electrical, heating and ventilation skills;
Perform plumbing work base of a residence;
Perform unit cleanings as well as building cleaning tasks;
Ensure that any problem is detected and notified to those in charge in order to ensure the safety, cleanliness and comfort of the premises;
Perform other related duties.


REQUIRED SKILLS
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Must be bilingual (English and French);
Must have good knowledge in maintenance;
Autonomy, versatility, sense of initiative and organization;
Strong execution skills neat work;
Manual and physical work.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00 per year
