MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES:


Manage Front Desk Operations:
Answer incoming calls in a friendly, fast, and efficient manner with the prescribed greeting.

Call clients and non-clients prior to ("Confirmation Calls") and after scheduled appointments, schedule all existing and new client appointments, enter accurate information in the client relationship management platform and/or point of sale system, follow company policies and procedures, and, if applicable, notify appropriate team client and document client follow-up needs in the pertinent database.

Ensure the cash drawer and daily transactions are properly accounted for and execute accurate and thorough daily closing procedures. Accurately checks Clients in and out while ensuring accurate data entry and transactions are made


Represent the HairClub Brand:

Greet and engage new prospects and recurring clients with a positive attitude and hospitality spirit, exhibit knowledge about the company, clientships, and products, and provide accurate information in all interactions.

Educate clients on products, clientships, and referral programs. Ensure a clean and orderly front desk area and waiting rooms. Ensure retail products displays are stocked, maintain a clean and dust-free display by regularly inspecting, organizing and cleaning.


Achieve Financial Key Performance Indicators ("KPI's") and Targets: Collect accounts receivables, execute clientship renewals, ensure add-ons sales are accounted for properly. Promote retail sales to meet budgeted expectations, perform other various management activities such as the bi-monthly fee run. Assist in maintaining appropriate retail, laser and hair inventories

Perform other reasonable duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least one (1) year previous guest service experience
  • Point of sale system and other business software experience
  • Efficient with all Microsoft programs
