Job Summary
Participates in and supports the operational activities of a business unit.

Applies experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.


Support the implementation of business unit strategic initiatives, focused on advisor enablement and efficiency, technology enhancements and hybrid workforce initiatives.

Collect and analyze data to evaluate and present solutions to support complex business priorities.

  • Performs trending analysis and review of large datasets to identify opportunities and offer solutions.
  • Contributes to defined projects or tasks under direct supervision.
  • Documents processes or updates existing procedure manuals and or internal web content.
  • Assesses options for process improvement, including business process modeling
Additional Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
  • Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
  • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
  • Proficient with MS Excel and large datasets
  • Excellent multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
