The Position:
We are currently seeking a passionate, sales-driven leader to maximize growth and advance market share for the Samsung brand regionally within Canada.
Reporting to the Director, Client Services the
Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching and guidance to the sales and operational activities of the
Samsung Field Marketing team.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily and long-term operations of a geographic region.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will often be responsible for setting and adjusting sales goals based on deep knowledge of individual store selling patterns.
Additionally, you will be responsible for influencing the training of managers and retail associates within the region.Location:

- You will travel frequently
- As a leader, strict confidentiality is required with respect to sensitive matters and employees' personal information
To be successful:
- You lead by example maintaining OSL values, encouraging the development of your team and coworkers, and ensuring peak performance of an evolving and growing organization
- Minimum of 5 Years in multiunit retail management and/or field management
- 2+ years' experience in the wireless industry

- You have 5+ years in a sales environment
- Extensive knowledge of Retail, Marketing and Sales
- High degree of technical knowledge of principles in sales and developing teams
- Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail; process driven
