A DAY IN THE LIFE AS THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Every day our Accounts Payable specialist will work closely as part of the National Finance team and provide timely and accurate clerical support in accounts payable.

**QUALIFICATIONS*- A passion for customer service and willing to support and collaborate with team members in a timely and professional manner

  • Experience coding and processing of accounts payable invoices
  • Experience with WSIB and HST payments, investigation and responding to calls, holdbacks, and releases
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • Proficient computer skills with an ERP / OCR software
  • Capable of taking initiative and can work independently with mínimal direction

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Accounts payable: 1 year (required)
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required)


Language:


  • French (preferred)
