Description
Aquazen Services is a fast-growing plumbing and drain company exclusively serving the Greater Toronto Area. We have been in business for over 17 years and have served hundreds of condominium and commercial corporations.


Duties:


  • Collaborate with field supervisor to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment
  • Conduct site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plans
  • Communicate project updates to CEO
  • Assist with leads and sales to help secure new buisness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading, Civil 3D, and construction estimating
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of construction services
  • Experience with condo/apartment buildings
