North York, ON (Hybrid 2-3 days/week on-site at the Lifemark Corporate Office)

The
Service Coordinator will work on the Health & Wellness team in servicing the needs of our current customers, managing customer accounts as assigned, and providing administrative support.

The focus will be on the coordination of Health and Wellness Programming including scheduling of flu and health screening clinics, managing contractor invoices, maintaining participant schedules and online registration site, handling staffing issues, supporting data entry, and report generation for local, regional, and national customers.


Responsibilities will also include the marketing of products and services to employers, insurers, physicians, and the general public which include Physiotherapy services, Massage Therapy, Occupational Health, and Rehabilitative Services.


Key Outcomes & Accountabilities:


  • Operationalizing services and programs as assigned
  • Assisting with the establishment of new customer accounts on the local, regional and national level, as well as account management as assigned
  • Creating and maintaining the accuracy of online resources for local, regional and national clinics
  • Quoting on projects and services, including researching pricing
  • Providing details related to service delivery of program and services delivered
  • Performing quality assurance on programs and projects, along with maintaining and managing the reporting requirements
  • Marketing of key lines of business including Employer Services & Occupational Health Services
  • Assisting in the ongoing development, integration, & maintenance of Lifemark's customer relationship management system into clinic practices, as well as updating customer profiles on the platform as required
  • Coordination of Health and Wellness Programming
  • Attending tradeshows and health fairs to market all business lines as requested. This involves coordination, set up, attendance, and follow up with potential and current customers
  • Arranging "lunch and learn" meetings and educational seminars with existing and potential customers
  • Facilitating the delivery of services to assigned customer accounts either as the program coordinator or by assisting clinic staff
  • Creating and/or performing quality assurance checks on customer account service reports as required

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the health care, rehabilitation, or human resources industries
  • Team player, effective communicator and active listener
  • Bias to action, successful negotiator, with a strong customer service orientation
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Occasional travel may be required. Must have a valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle as needed
