Qualifications:
Essential:
- Basic experience performing accounting duties, including preparing bank deposits, data entry into accounting system, bank reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in high pressure situations and competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines
- Experience maintaining accuracy and paying attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience working independently with a high degree of initiative
- Ability to work cooperatively and constructively as part of a team
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills

Duties:
The incumbent provides support to the records and registry section under the direction of the Registrar in the maintenance, management and interpretation of the filing systems (electronic, paper, microfilm) for all lands in the Province.
The incumbent is responsible for, under the direction of the Manager of Administration and Finance, the cash management portfolio for the Branch, including recording, tracking and reconciliation of all monies received by the Branch for the various client departments.
