Job Description:

The HR/Payroll Admin Support is responsible for input and maintenance of the Production data within the Leadtec system.


Qualifications:


What You'll Do:


  • Print and review operator clockin/clockout report
  • Using the above report, coordinate with line supervisors as well as senior supervisor to adjust SMO working hours
  • Close the first and second week of pay period every Monday before noon
  • Keep track of employees that require wage increases after a certain number of months
  • Resolve any issues concerning the payroll side of Leadtec (i.e. manually close EOD in Leadtec should there be any issues from the day before Print out description of SMO earnings for the 2week pay period and attach to each pay stub
  • Organize pay stubs in numerical order as well as by line using Leadtec
  • Resolve any issues regarding pay shortages or overages as they come up
  • Input new hire data into Leadtec and create employee ID card, obtain fobs and assign lockers/locker tags for new hires
  • Transfer employees to different lines in the Leadtec system when required
  • Review Operator errors in Leadtec System.
  • Ensure Leadtec is running correctly. If any issues arise the Leadtec Administrator will contact the approved person to resolve the computer problem.
  • Update the off standard efficiency reports by section and review with the Plant Manager, Production Managers, and Supervisors.
  • Communicate with Supervisors and make corrections to daily transactions as required.
  • Enter labour breakdown of new styles into Leadtec
  • Creating signage for Facilities as needed
  • Complete employee purchase orders and refunds when EPP season rolls around
  • Support and implement various HR projects and initiatives
  • Other duties as required

Experience and Education:


  • At least 3 years' experience in an office position in a manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, problem solving abilities
  • Strong capabilities in planning, organizing and process control

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:


  • Ability to prioritize, multi task, operate proactively, work as a team and handle challenges
  • Ability to evaluate options and generate solutions
  • Must be familiar with computers and business software such as MS Office and skilled in Excel
