Sales Operations Manager
Impact XM develops solutions for virtual and live events. We are looking for a
Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for all sales operations related activities for the entire organization. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Growth, this role provides strategic direction and support for the Client Service team.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for the sales pipeline that comprises the Global Sales Forecast. This includes maintaining live uptodate accuracy of forecasted opportunities, accurate milestone dates, and complete information in all fields. This also includes reporting and alignment with operations and finance.
  • Work across all offices to develop and implement best practices, ensure process adherence and CRM accuracy. Monitors CRM and margin accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage Outstanding Billing, AR and invoicing in accordance with IXM policy.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly/regular sales and pipeline reporting for the leadership team.
  • Provide sales analysis on trends, developments, revenue, margin and performance.
  • Interpret reporting data to make recommendations on improving process and company efficiencies.
  • Develop and create new reports to deliver against company objectives.
  • Responsible for the tools, resources and support for the Client Service team.
  • Report on performance, variances, team updates, client updates, and initiatives
  • Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:


  • Experience in the event marketing or a creative solutionsbased agency.
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial and independent environment.
  • Embodies flexibility, openmindedness and receptivity.
  • Actively works out solutions.
  • Identifies something valuable in being part of a team and ability to effectively collaborate.
  • Effective communication skills are required: including the ability to make effective presentations; prepare written documentation including proposals, quotations and letters; maintain accurate and complete client and project files.
  • Must be able to develop excellent rapport with existing team and clients.
  • Must have a good "business sense".
  • Exhibit the ability to multitask, sell, and operate under severe time constraints and immovable deadlines. Good organization, detail and followup skills are required.
  • A vehicle in good, working order is a requirement (if position is not remote).
