What You'll Do


As key player within CRAFT, you will support our mission to make our Team, our community, and our world, a better place one beer, one meal, one experience at a time.


Being a part of this mission will include:

  • Being responsible for ensuring our Guests have an exceptional experience through personal interaction as well as through our Team.
  • Showing a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail to succeed in reaching sales and labour targets.
  • Being a direct report for the front of house Team Members, assisting in ongoing projects, and championing development.
  • Contributing to all marketing activations, driving sales growth.
  • Exhibiting heart and soul, thriving in a busy environment, and being social and outgoing.

You Are Responsible For

  • Supporting team member recruitment, selection, training, and development.
  • Guest experience, restaurant ambiance and environment; including guest safety.
  • Employee scheduling and labour forecasting
  • Maintaining processes and procedures.
  • Support with inventory and purchasing.
  • Cleanliness, upkeep and food handling safety.
  • Leading by example with the company's "Impactful Leadership" philosophy.

What You've Done

  • 4+ years restaurant experience
  • 3+ years management experience
  • Smart Serve or equivalent certification

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Charismatic
  • Dependable
  • Experienced with natural leadership abilities
  • Have a passion for this industry and truly understand customer service
