Responsibilities:

As the Client Solutions Associate, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Client Service Team focused on servicing our clients in the Entertainment Industry.

Together you deliver tailored Insurance solutions, ensuring our clients are thoroughly protected against the effects of damage to commercial property and assets, loss of income due to unforeseen incidents or even damages to third parties.

How You Will Affect the Business

• Set up and maintain client files
• Process cast logs
• Process new business and renewals
• Invoicing, binders and cover letters
• Prepare presentations, insurance submissions, certificates of insurance, pink liability insurance slips and check policy documents for accuracy.
• Insurance Company portals access various Insurance Company portals to obtain insurance policy documents.

Education and Experience

• Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree strongly preferred.
• Successful completion of Insurance Broker License within 3 months of start date.
• A year of professional work experience required.
• Experience in an Insurance Brokerage or Customer Facing Environment highly preferred. Knowledge of EPIC broker management system considered an asse, but not required. An interest in pursuing Insurance
• Designations highly preferred (i.e. CAIB, CIP, CRM).
