Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Line Cook to join our team part time (15-30hrs).

As a Line Cook/Prep cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for food and a desire to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties:

Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring them accurately.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook in a casual fine dining environment.
Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and service techniques.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. (Safe Food Handlers)
Previous experience with Italian cuisine.
Minimum 2 years experience culinary experience.
Fluent in English language.
