  • Position Summary:_


Serves as a key contact to customers, the Sales organization and sales representatives, sharing with them through monthly/quarterly meetings, training events, marketing, and other venues, the value of our Customer Digital/eCommerce tools so they in turn can promote the value and support the adoption of the tools by our customers.

  • Essential Functions:_

  • Promote and conduct knowledge sharing of digital/ecommerce services and products to sales teams and customers.
  • Develop and execute engagement schedule and cadence with sales and marketing directors/managers for regular and continual touch points and outreach for training and knowledge shared to groups in sales organization.
  • Collaborates with Digital Product Managers/Owners to identify and develop sales enablement tools and eBusiness/Digital tools. Ensure understanding of the tools that they remain promoted through the sales cycle.
  • Work with Digital Product Manager/Owners to gather sales and customer feedback in regard to new system development or changes/improvements to existing services/products.
  • Assists Sales on presenting and training our Digital Solutions to Key Customer accounts.
  • Champion ecomm/digital products and functionality and be the advocate for customer usage into the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with Digital Product Managers/Owners and marketing teams to plan and execute gotomarket tactics for roll out of new products and features to sales teams.
  • Collaborate in planning and execution of demonstration booths and presentations at food show events.
  • Provide monthly reports on tools usage and adoption.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:_
  • High School / Equivalent is Required; Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related is Preferred;
  • Four or more years in a sales support, sales engineer/technologist, training or marketing communications position. In lieu of the specified education and experience requirements, a proven capability to perform the essential functions of the job, as demonstrated by an equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant work experience may be considered.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English languages.
  • Ability to present the features and benefits of customer tools to internal and external audiences with clarity and confidence.
  • Must have the ability to provide an excellent level of customer service and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Must have strong presentation skills (face to face, webinars, video) with the ability to present to small or large groups of customers and sales representatives.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must understand the importance of developing relationships and have some experience working with senior management
  • Self starter, organized with excellent time management
  • Experience with assisting in planning video, demo and tutorial stories a plus.
  • Travel
  • US and/or Canada 40%.
