First, what will my new role be?
From our brand new location in Toronto, our new Customer Success Manager will be part of an exciting expansion-journey of the Canadian market You will become part of a large network of dedicated colleagues, aiming at building and maintaining strong, sustainable and successful customer relationships with our new and existing customers.
You will work in close collaboration with leading contractors, builders, and advisors to ensure a successful implementation and usage of our high-end products.
Your tasks will include:
- Support new customers in implementation of full product suite, including training sessions and workshops
- Online technical or feature support for customers when needed
- Work closely with the local office and attend events, fairs, user days, client meetings, etc.
- Provide HQ with relevant and ongoing trends in regards to product development

Sure sounds exciting How can I be considered for this role?
Honestly, there are many approaches to this position but most importantly is your experience from the construction or real estate industry combined with a great technical understanding.
You have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, BIM Coordination, or the like, from which you have acquired in-depth knowledge and understanding of the construction process and surrounding workflows.
Besides that, we imagine that our future colleague is motivated by a workweek that involves various tasks and communication across different stakeholders, colleagues, and customers.
As a person you are skilled in building strong relationships and take great pride in providing a high level of customer service.
