    Description

    Teradici, an HP company, is the inventor of the PCoIP remote display protocol and developed the Engineering Emmy-Award-winning HP Anyware product to deliver the best virtual and remote desktop experience in the world.

    HP Anyware connects users to their remote desktops and workstations, delivering a highly responsive, color-accurate, lossless, and distortion-free experience for even the most graphics-intensive workloads.

    Anyware Manager is a cloud native application responsible for the management, provisioning, and user entitlement of PCoIP Remote Workstations. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong focus on Azure.

    As a Senior SRE, you will play a critical role in driving the security, availability, fault tolerance, and automation of our service.

    You will be responsible for implementing monitoring, alerts, and automation to make the service more resilient. Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

    • Experience in defining and implementing service monitoring and alerts.
    • Experience in cybersecurity.
    • Familiarity with monitoring services such as Datadog or Sumo Logic.
    • Familiarity with Agile development approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
    • Driving the service to increased security, higher availability, fault tolerance and automation.
    • Implementing monitoring, alerts and automation to make service more resilient.
    • Enabling the service to scale further and operate in additional regions while meeting compliance and legal requirements.
    • Oncall rotation with the other team members.
    • Providing feedback on development or design plans around their impact to performance operations, scalability and security of the overall service.
    • Communicating and coordinating with product security and IT.
