***: Intermediate end-user support, computer support and networking support skills are necessary. Experience in a customer facing IT or engineering related company is preferred.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. Record the issue, details, and their resolution. Followup and update customer status and information.
  • Participate in oncall rotation for nights and weekends.
  • Support ongoing Infrastructure projects as needed and troubleshoot issues escalated from other IT Technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:


  • 35 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Associate degree, bachelor degree, or at least 1 IT Support Industry certifications.
  • Must work well in a group as well as alone and unsupervised.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with end users and department members.
  • Attention to detail and good time management is required to keep up with a high volume of support requests.
