TITLE - FACILITES TECHNICIAN SUPERVISOR

STATUS - FULL-TIME, MONDAY-FRIDAY

REPORTS TO - Facilities Manager


Our team is looking for a dependable and experienced cleaner to supervise the afternoon/evening facilities team, as well as perform day to day duties to ensure a clean environment for our guests.


DESCRIPTION:


  • Provide housekeeping support for golf course and event operations
  • Perform day to day assignments in addition to lead duties including vacuuming, washing floors, wipe and disinfect high touch areas, and garbage collection
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide suggestions to improve quality of work
  • Ensure cleanliness of washrooms, outdoor space around the Clubhouse, offices, event & meeting spaces, and locker rooms
  • Inspect facility to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Communicate Facilities Manager goals and objectives to inspire employees
  • Enforce standards, practices, and policies with the guidance of the Facilities Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Cleaning experience required
  • Facilities or other Management experience required
  • Driver's license required
  • Competitive pay

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Maple, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Cleaning: 1 year (required)
