Overview of Role
Responsibilities - National Marketing Support
- Managing stock levels of pointofpurchase (POP)/marketing material
- New store shipments
- Database (Smartsheets) management
- Sending memos on behalf of marketing and other departments
- Shipping of POP/marketing material
- Replying to marketing related Guest inquiry
- Sending follow up letters/coupons to Guests
- Liaising with print/distribution companies, placing and managing orders
- Coordination of product drops for PR purposes
- Booking and making arrangements for meetings both internal and external
- Planning and coordinating period promotions, events, or information session
- Assist in creating secret menu items
- Other duties as required
Responsibilities - Digital Marketing Support
- Working crossfunctionally to strategize, devise and execute marketing campaigns
- Collecting data on marketing campaigns
- Planning and coordinating promotions, events, or information sessions regarding the app
- Building and developing relationships with key business stakeholders
- Leveraging analytics and competitive analysis to help create new campaigns
- Supporting the optimization of marketing channels and ROI
- Managing app related inquiries and Guest recovery through mobile support
- Cross functionally create and execute app training on new and existing app features, functionality and processes
- Utilizing and managing app portal (software) as well as conducting frequent app testing to ensure successful app functionality
- Implementing price increases and managing pricing consistency with third party delivery partners
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 3 years' experience in administrative role (ideally with similar responsibilities)
- Postsecondary degree/diploma or equivalent work experience
- Education and/or experience in marketing
- Solid writing/communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, strong interpersonal skills; great listener
- Selfstarter and selfmotivating can set priorities and tasks based on overall objectives
- Excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented and adaptable to change
- Restaurant / QSR experience an asset
- Ability to travel if required
- Successful completion of criminal background and credit checks required
