Overview of Role

Responsibilities - National Marketing Support

  • Managing stock levels of pointofpurchase (POP)/marketing material
  • New store shipments
  • Database (Smartsheets) management
  • Sending memos on behalf of marketing and other departments
  • Shipping of POP/marketing material
  • Replying to marketing related Guest inquiry
  • Sending follow up letters/coupons to Guests
  • Liaising with print/distribution companies, placing and managing orders
  • Coordination of product drops for PR purposes
  • Booking and making arrangements for meetings both internal and external
  • Planning and coordinating period promotions, events, or information session
  • Assist in creating secret menu items
  • Other duties as required

Responsibilities - Digital Marketing Support

  • Working crossfunctionally to strategize, devise and execute marketing campaigns
  • Collecting data on marketing campaigns
  • Planning and coordinating promotions, events, or information sessions regarding the app
  • Building and developing relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Leveraging analytics and competitive analysis to help create new campaigns
  • Supporting the optimization of marketing channels and ROI
  • Managing app related inquiries and Guest recovery through mobile support
  • Cross functionally create and execute app training on new and existing app features, functionality and processes
  • Utilizing and managing app portal (software) as well as conducting frequent app testing to ensure successful app functionality
  • Implementing price increases and managing pricing consistency with third party delivery partners

Required Experience and Skills

  • At least 3 years' experience in administrative role (ideally with similar responsibilities)
  • Postsecondary degree/diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Education and/or experience in marketing
  • Solid writing/communication skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, strong interpersonal skills; great listener
  • Selfstarter and selfmotivating can set priorities and tasks based on overall objectives
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Detail oriented and adaptable to change
  • Restaurant / QSR experience an asset
  • Ability to travel if required
  • Successful completion of criminal background and credit checks required
