Exciting Opportunity Ahead!

Join the new Operational Excellence team in Insurance as a leader, overseeing and managing all business processes related to Group New Business, Underwriting, and Client Services. Your role is crucial in ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

Lead a small team and collaborate with key partners within the Client Acquisition & Service team and across Insurance to achieve operational excellence. Your action-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills will drive continuous improvement in client and employee experience, increase efficiency, and reduce waste in Group New Business, Underwriting, and Client Services.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive continuous process improvement to meet efficiency targets for Operational Excellence
  • Identify process gaps, analyze business benefits, and execute opportunities to enhance process efficiencies and improve client and employee experience
  • Maintain understanding of baseline performance metrics and collaborate to achieve performance goals
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation and oversee implementation of process changes for Group
  • Provide direction on process impacts to strategic partners and assist in implementing new initiatives
  • Collaborate with key partners to ensure alignment on goals and drive success in Achieving Operational Excellence
  • Coach team towards transformational thinking and high performance

Requirements:

Must-have

  • Postsecondary education
  • 7-10 years of leadership experience in operations, process design/management, or strategic business implementation
  • Growth mindset, bias for action, and focus on continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of driving change through problem solving and influence
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Nice-to-have

  • Masters Degree (MBA)
  • Lean Six Sigma Training and Certification
  • Client-facing operations experience
  • Technology/systems experience in Operations
