ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Service and Parts Departments and their operations in a luxury brand store
  • Ultimate responsibility of driving gross profit and keep all departmental expenses within established guidelines
  • Ensure that the behaviors required in our service engagement strategy are being followed at all times
  • Ensure customers are greeted in the service drive quickly and efficiently
  • Quality vehicle health checks are being performed with the customer to go over their overall vehicle needs, by:
  • Informing, updating and setting realistic expectations with our customers to provide a no-surprise experience
  • Completing an active delivery with all customers, asking if they would refer us to a friend or family member
  • Monitoring and maintaining all manufacturer warranty programs to ensure we are maximizing profitability and claim accuracy
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) percentage rating at all times
  • Keep constant and consistent lines of communication with the variable department focusing on ensuring that we turnaround internal work quickly
  • Ensure the utilization of all personnel and maximize our shop capacities
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuing education and continual improvement
  • Measure and report on technician productivity in contrast to established standards
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
  • Foster professional employee development and coordinate with department managers to determine need for advanced training
  • Maintain highquality service repairs and minimizes comebacks.
The pay for this role ranges from $150, $175,000.00, depending on experience level.
