STORE TEAM LEAD
We are a cold-pressed Juicery with 15 locations in the GTA. Our philosophy is rooted in increasing access to raw, 100% organic plant-based nutrition.

Our goal is to keep our community informed about what they're consuming and why we feature certain beneficial ingredients in our recipes.

We take nutrition seriously and never compromise nutritional integrity or take any shortcuts — our dedicated team handpicks 100% organic produce each morning and cold-presses it daily to produce raw, living, non HPP'd juice to nourish our community.

The role of the Team Lead will be to oversee daily store operations and assist Store Manager on sales marketing initiatives, staff leadership and administrative duties

If you:

Have experience in a customer service/retail setting
Like to work in a busy store
Enjoy engaging, educational dialogue about nutrition and wellness and have a genuine commitment to customer service
Are passionate about 100% organic plantbased nutrition
Are wellspoken, dedicated, hardworking and outgoing
Nutrition background considered an asset
Food Handler Certification considered an asset

Your responsibilities will include:

Sales Marketing

Supporting developing community engagement initiatives (e.g. community juice, street festivals)
Support new product, program and policy launches

Staff Leadership

Supporting staff hiring process with the Store Manager
Assist in training and onboarding new hires
Contribute to semiannual staff reviews
Team development and staff coaching

Store Operations

Operate as point of contact for store operations (i.e. order issues, schedule changes, minor customer issues, monitoring Slack)
Address urgent operational issues and escalate as needed
Place Daily Orders and monitor pars
Conduct Retail Goods and Packaging Inventory and place weekly orders
Daily monitoring of instore environment
Support new product, program and policy launches

Administration

Maintains cash float
Managerial duties when the Store Manager is unavailable (vacation, days off, etc.)

Job Types:
Permanent Role - Full-time / Part-time

Compensation: $16.50$16.70/hour + bonus and tips (~$18$20/hr total)
