Your Role and Responsibilities
You are a key member of the product management / product success team.


In this role, you will develop the sustainability vision and direction of future product enhancements that address competitive gaps and meet market requirements, tied to both Maximo and TRIRIGA product offerings.


Responsibilities will include:

  • As the sustainability Subject Matter Expert (SME), working with clients, partners and prospects to identity market requirements, opportunities, user problems and gaps tied to sustainability goals.
  • Key resource to define the sustainability strategy and corresponding benefits and value tied to Maximo Application Suite.
  • Key resource to work with Sales, Tech Sales, Marketing, and the broader PM teams to deliver Maximo + Sustainability enablement and market execution.
  • Key resource to work with Sales, Tech Sales, Marketing, and the broader PM teams to deliver TRIRIGA enablement and market execution.
  • Coordinate across the teams that build, market, sell, and deliver IBM solutions and offerings, driving the sustainability strategy across the portfolio.
  • Define user experiences that are compelling and competitive

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

3 years experience in each of the following:

  • Domain expert on sustainability and reliability in asset and facilities management.
  • Understanding of Maximo & TRIRIGA fundamental capabilities.
  • Proven record of helping customers achieve sustainability goals in their operations
  • Proven interpersonal skills bridging the gap between technical and business focals
  • Proven ability to create compelling enablement materials (Presentations, Marketing Videos, Technical Documents)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Experience working directly with clients and partners
  • Proven problem solving skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

5 years experience in each of the following:

  • Deep knowledge of best practices and standards around sustainable asset management for example ISO550
  • Industry specific experience within one or more of the following: Transportation, E&U, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Government, Facilities, Civil Infrastructure
  • Strong track record working with partners on joint solutions taken to market.
  • In depth knowledge of different deployment models: On Premise, Edge, Hybrid Cloud, Multi-Cloud
  • Understanding of agile product management process and continuous delivery models.
