Position Summary:

Essential Qualifications:

Education:

PhD in Linguistics, with a specialization in Syntax (completed by the start of the appointment), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

Minimum five (5) years' of research experience in Linguistics, with demonstrated research in the syntax of Iranian languages.
Experience providing project management support and ensuring projects adhere to ethical and privacy requirements.
Experience supervising a team, including effective teambuilding skills and the ability to establish positive working relationships and foster collaboration to achieve common goals.

Skills:

Superior communication and organizational skills.
Selfmotivated with an ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a collaborative group.
Ability to lead a project and coordinate research teams.
Experience in training and monitoring performance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, decisionmaking and management skills.
