Description
Must have a car and be able to drive to purchase the office supplies. (Gas subsidies by the company)

  • Be able to work overtime and can be reached during the after working hours.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, in particular) and Google Drive
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations and contracts management, setting up for meetings, checking and reordering supplies frequently.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Greet and assist visitors.

Salary:
$40,000.00 per year
