Hollingsgate Recruitment is proud to present an exceptional contract opportunity on behalf of a prestigious company in search of a SAP MM Consultant.

This esteemed SAP Partner is keen to bolster its team with a proficient professional for a 6-month extendable contract.


Position:
SAP MM Consultant

Location:
Flexible, occasional travel to the US required
Contract Duration: 6 months, potential for extension


Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead SAP MM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP MM best practices, system configurations, and enhancements to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SAP MM processes with other modules such as SD, PP, and FI/CO.
  • Customize SAP MM functionality through development of reports, interfaces, and enhancements to address specific business needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams to enhance SAP MM competency within the organization.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP MM trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 9 years of handson experience working as an SAP MM Consultant, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP MM module functionality, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Proficiency in SAP ECC or S/4HANA, with experience in system configuration, enhancement, and support.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics within SAP ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • SAP certification in Materials Management (MM) is preferred.
