What will I be doing?


The Housekeeping Administrator will report to the Executive Housekeeper and will be responsible for preparing Guests' dry cleaning and records, order supplies and track calls, and dispatch Housepersons for follow-up.

This Team Member will also prepare long sheet for the following days staffing and place necessary calls and monitor progress for cleaning of rooms in computer.

The role will dispatch Maintenance calls and provide supporting documentation.

The Housekeeping Administrator will also be communicating instructions to Team Members and handling of Guest service concerns along with any other duties assigned by the Executive Assistant Housekeepers.

Skills

  • Individuals with excellent performance record.
  • Must be organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills, listening, understanding, communication of instructions to coworkers, and ability to multi task.
  • The ability to effectively interact with guests by responding to their questions and concerns promptly
  • Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Word), Excel preferred

Requirements:


  • Must be flexible for different work schedule, primarily 6:45am to 3:30pm, 7am to 3:30pm, 9am to 5:30pm, 10am to 6:30pm, and 3pm to 11:30pm
  • Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel's satisfaction.
