Job Summary

What Is The Opportunity?

The Digital Operations team is undertaking multiple complex enterprise-wide initiatives as part of RBC's ongoing plan to improve technology management and governance across the organization.

In this role you will be responsible for strategically planning and managing successful implementation of the above mentioned. The role will coordinate, develop, lead, communicate and execute activities to ensure objectives are accomplished.

What Will You Do?

Manage the implementation of multiple concurrent initiatives of varying complexity in a time efficient manner. Monitor and control activities according to plan.
Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks. Analyze, mitigate and escalate where appropriate
Develop and execute on end to end change management plans and plan and execute all communication related to these.
Collaborate and contribute on crossfunctional enterprise initiatives and manage the effective implementation of assigned deliverables.
Utilize Kofax, Pega, and Content Manager knowledge to enhance digital experiences.
Demonstrate expertise in Windows and Unix operating systems.

What Do You Need To Succeed?

Must have:

Change management experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
Strong technical technology background with understanding of deployment automation tools and scripting
Deadlinedriven and resultsoriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Nice-to-have:

Scripting languages (Python, Bash, Powershell)
Deployment automation tools (Ansible, UrbanCode Deploy)
Cloud technologies such as OCP
ITIL and SRE certifications
