Description
Provide day-to-day support promptly with professional communications.

  • Onboarding/offboarding employees
  • Provide support for users running Windows 10 & Windows 1
  • Create user accounts in Active Directory.
  • Reset passwords
  • Set up network printers / copiers
  • Imaging, configuring, and deploying desktops and laptops.
  • Hardware troubleshooting and problem resolution, including coordinating repairs with vendors
  • Basic network troubleshooting and management.
  • Manage trouble ticket queue: open, update, and close tickets as work is completed.
  • Equipment setup, moves, and tear downs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various file and print issues.
  • Implement technology solutions based on organization needs
  • Monitor and maintain cyber security compliance that aligns with IT policies and procedures
  • Create new reports and dashboards using industry standards and best practices.
  • Azure and Active Directory Administration, including user account administration and resource control
  • Maintaining a high knowledge of existing and upcoming technologies and trends
  • Some travel will be required.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT support role
  • Ability to plan and manage a variety of projects.
  • Competency in responding quickly and effectively when problems arise.
  • Communication skills to explain systems to other employees in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Working knowledge and experience in the following tools/technologies, including but not limited to:
  • Windows/Server environment, Windows operating systems, vSphere,
  • Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, Intune
  • Proven computer hardware and software troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to provide technical support, deployment, configuration, and installation of computer systems.
  • Installation and support of software packages, drivers, plugins, service packs, and security patching, etc.
  • Prioritize own work activities with mínimal guidance and coaching
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and communicate priorities.
  • Valid Drivers License and own transportation.


Other Bona-Fide Occupational Requirements - Physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the position (may be required to lift, move, push, or pull objects weighing up to 30 kilograms).

Ability to work on his/her feet for a complete shift while constantly bending, stretching, walking, lifting or moving things
