In line with the overall BA strategy Autonomous Operations strategy, AVA for Enterprise is a new team within CNS BA focused on defining and delivering fit-for-purpose products and solutions for enterprise and neutral host customer segments.

What you will learn and contribute to


We are looking for an experienced R&D leader who can drive the execution of multiple development streams as part of AVA for Enterprise.

You will be leading a team of experts in the areas of operations, analytics, and security. You would be working closely with the Product Management, Architecture, and R&D teams of all BA business lines.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Drive for delivery excellence and ensure required content is delivered on time and with excellent quality
  • Be responsible for recruitment and rampup of AVA for Enterprise R&D team
  • Be responsible for creating proof of concepts with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and lead the development team and be accountable for the work performed
Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)


Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Min 10+ years of experience in R&D
  • Experience and understanding of DevOps practices
  • Quality mindset and Delivery Excellence
  • Proven track record of creating new products with successful software project deliveries (small, medium, large).
  • Ensuring bestinclass software development practices and continuous improvement integrated into the ways of working
  • Line Manager experience with a proven track record on topics related to line management like people management, resource management, stakeholder management, coaching and developing team members, recruitment, and building the right culture.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Exposure to the products in the CNS BA portfolio
  • Understanding of the industry, including enterprise experience in IT service management
  • Experience in working in the Digital Operations, analytics, and Security domains
