ADMINISTRATOR TO THE SALES TEAM
Concord Premium Meats LTD.

Location:
Concord, Ontario
Type of Employment:
Full-time and part-time hours, Monday - Friday
- Prepare and ship product samples
- Accurate data entry into the portals/databases as required
- Collaborate with various internal departments to successfully complete projects as required
- Prepare customer contracts and paperwork for review
- Assist with covering overflow when required
- Troubleshoot and problem solve matters within the department
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office systems (strong computer skills)
- Previous work experience in the food industry is an asset
- Previous working experience with the GS1/1World Sync system is a strong asset
- Must be comfortable with physical work (ex. Lifting, carrying, and moving boxes of product and materials)
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Must be flexible, able to pivot between projects, and multitask effectively
- Must be comfortable and capable of working against deadlines
- Strong time management skills

- Concord, ON L4K 3S6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
