ADMINISTRATOR TO THE SALES TEAM
Concord Premium Meats LTD.
Concord, ON


Location:
Concord, Ontario


Type of Employment:
Full-time and part-time hours, Monday - Friday

  • Prepare and ship product samples
  • Accurate data entry into the portals/databases as required
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to successfully complete projects as required
  • Prepare customer contracts and paperwork for review
  • Assist with covering overflow when required
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve matters within the department
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:


  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office systems (strong computer skills)
  • Previous work experience in the food industry is an asset
  • Previous working experience with the GS1/1World Sync system is a strong asset
  • Must be comfortable with physical work (ex. Lifting, carrying, and moving boxes of product and materials)
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Must be flexible, able to pivot between projects, and multitask effectively
  • Must be comfortable and capable of working against deadlines
  • Strong time management skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Concord, ON L4K 3S6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
