Customer service / Office Assistant (full time, permanent position)
About Next Floor,

This job is full time, - 5 Monday to Friday in a small office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Input, track, monitor customer orders and backorders
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare paperwork for outgoing shipments
  • Process incoming shipments
  • Assist with in store pickups
  • Prepare sample shipments
  • Prepare Courier outgoing documents

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to prioritise and organize workload to meet deadlines
