Customer service / Office Assistant (full time, permanent position)
About Next Floor,
This job is full time, - 5 Monday to Friday in a small office environment.

Responsibilities
- Input, track, monitor customer orders and backorders
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare paperwork for outgoing shipments
- Process incoming shipments
- Assist with in store pickups
- Prepare sample shipments
- Prepare Courier outgoing documents
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to prioritise and organize workload to meet deadlines
