Primary Duties:


Specific Duties:

As part of the management team, you will collaboratively oversee relevant aspects of operations within multiple complex care facilities


This includes:

  • Implement and maintain effective and efficient operational procedures to ensure the proper and consistent delivery of relief staffing services;
  • Respond to requests for service from customers in a timely manner and assign to appropriate staff
  • Recruit, interview, select, orient and retain a pool of qualified staff who adhere and uphold our Guiding Principles;
  • Effectively manage administrative procedures including timesheets and payroll
  • Provide ongoing feedback on performance; conduct regular performance appraisals
  • Establish and maintain an operational structure and professional model of practice
  • Provide rotational oncall coverage

  • An energetic selfstarter who can work successfully within a team, but also doesn't shy away from the opportunity to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Windows software.
  • Ability to research information and produce documents
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationshipbuilding skills
  • A diploma or degree in the human services field or equivalent
  • Minimum three years supervisory/leadership experience
  • Experience working in residential or health care considered an asset

Employment Specifics

  • Permanent fulltime (100%) position / 37.5 hours per week
  • 8:30 am 4:30 pm, Monday Thursday in office, remaining 7.5 hours are flexible to meet ongoing needs

Salary:
$60,000.00 per year
