Primary Duties:

Specific Duties:

As part of the management team, you will collaboratively oversee relevant aspects of operations within multiple complex care facilities

This includes:

Implement and maintain effective and efficient operational procedures to ensure the proper and consistent delivery of relief staffing services;
Respond to requests for service from customers in a timely manner and assign to appropriate staff
Recruit, interview, select, orient and retain a pool of qualified staff who adhere and uphold our Guiding Principles;
Effectively manage administrative procedures including timesheets and payroll
Provide ongoing feedback on performance; conduct regular performance appraisals
Establish and maintain an operational structure and professional model of practice
Provide rotational oncall coverage

An energetic selfstarter who can work successfully within a team, but also doesn't shy away from the opportunity to work independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of organization and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Windows software.
Ability to research information and produce documents
Outstanding interpersonal relationshipbuilding skills
A diploma or degree in the human services field or equivalent
Minimum three years supervisory/leadership experience
Experience working in residential or health care considered an asset

Employment Specifics

Permanent fulltime (100%) position / 37.5 hours per week
8:30 am 4:30 pm, Monday Thursday in office, remaining 7.5 hours are flexible to meet ongoing needs

Salary:
$60,000.00 per year
