We are hiring for our Delta facility for 8-Hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

In this role, you will:

Have Order Picker certification (mandatory):

Perform and/or assign daily cycle counts to ensure primary bins are counted as per corporate/client requirements.
Perform and/or assign daily reserve cycle counts to ensure bins are counted as per corporate/client requirements.
Perform warehouse slotting activities to most efficiently use the various zones and bins available in the warehouse and to optimize operating efficiency.
Create or delete bins in the system as required to align with the physical warehouse layout.
Ensure bins are properly labeled and check digits are applied.
Investigating problems to ensure all orders are fully allocated.
Maintaining bin min/max settings to ensure replenishment orders drop in an appropriate manner.
Manage damages: control, tracking and reporting.

Perform general warehouse functions such as:
pick, pack, shipping, and receiving

Handle inbound loads, perform cycle counts, product put away & replenishment of stock locations
Perform work in accordance with activity & account specific Standard Operating Procedures at acceptable productivity levels
Maintain an organized and clean environment
Other Site-Specific Role Responsibilities

We are looking for team members who:

Have a valid forklift operator's license with Order Picker experience:
Have previous warehouse experience
Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently, performing repetitive motions & standing/walking for longer periods of time
Are excellent communicators & team players
Make working safely their top priority
