Description

• Preparing and followingup on quotations and tenders
• Monitor and collect project information and prepare progress reports to help inform ongoing planning and implementation
• Managing, reviewing and organizing change directives, site instruction and change orders. Preparing prices for extras or credits associated with each change.
• Monitors project progress and timelines and prepares status reports to assist with timely project delivery
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to order materials for production
• Issue and track change orders
• Quickly and efficiently resolving any customer complaints
• Fulfill customer expectations in a manner that complies with policies, practices and procedures.
• Prepare order entry, processing Payments & Receivables
• Maintenance relationship with customer
• Answering phone calls & Taking messages
• Various other tasks as assigned

• University Degree or College Diploma required
• Strong familiarity with construction documentation including drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
• Proficient in working with AutoCAD, Version 2010 or higher
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Requires excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
• Must be a detailed oriented individual with excellent organizational skills
