In this role, you will:


  • Receive all incoming product
  • Unload, sort, review incoming documents and enter receipts into our ERP system
  • Inspect incoming receipts to ensure they meet order requirements and are not damaged
  • Work with internal and external parties to resolve discrepancies
  • Perform incoming receiving functions for units returning for service assessment and repair
  • Support return process for nonconforming product
Assist in packaging of goods, when required

  • Support movement of materials for outside processes; material allocation and courier pickups
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety by removing/organizing empty cartons, pallets, and other debris
  • Cycle counts and inventory corrections
  • Adhere to ISO quality system
Assist in packaging and shipping of goods, when required

  • Commit to continuous improvement
  • Scan and file relevant documentation
  • Assist with other duties as assigned in support of Supply Chain objectives

What You Bring:


  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical work
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years' experience in a related role
  • Valid driver's license and valid forklift license, or ability to obtain
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship
  • Experience booking local and major couriers (i.e. FedEx, Purolator, UPS) would be an asset
