What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer service as directed by The Company
Ensure that Company safety policies and relevant regulatory requirements are applied and maintained
Ensure that all policies and procedures outlined in InFlight manuals are followed
Maintain competency in all current safety and emergency qualifications
Provide first aid when required
Operate safety and emergency equipment
Comply with Company uniform standards
Maintain valid personal travel documents and Company medical requirements
Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience an asset
Fluency in both official languages an asset
Must successfully complete a fiveweek training program
Medically fit to meet all physical requirements of the position
Possess a valid Canadian passport that allows travel to all countries served by Sunwing Airlines
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to swim
Legal age to serve alcohol
Capable to work in fastpaced and rapidly changing environment
Ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays and to travel on a consistent basis
