We are currently looking to fill the position of:

Expeditor

Responsibilities

Ensures that all materials, supplies, and equipment received for department or project are processed and distributed in a timely manner.
Inspects shipments and records damages or defects; notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel of same.
Receives incoming materials, supplies, and equipment and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment.
Reconciles invoices with purchase orders in preparation for payment processing.
Corresponds with suppliers for order status; notifies purchasing personnel of any possible delays or issues.
Maintains inventory databases including by not limited to open order reports and customer order book.

Qualifications:

Must have a postsecondary education
Must be able to obtain Controlled Goods and ISED Security Clearance as a condition of employment
Must be organized and detailed
Strong computer literacy with particular knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent customer service skills
